Prospect Solar specializes in the installation of commercial roof top solar power systems design, engineering, and installation as well as BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic).  While we are working directly with property owners to install systems on existing properties we are also providing proposals for installations on new facilities where the design is integrated into the new construction.

We are developing relationships with solar panel manufacturers, potential power purchase agreement (PPA) providers, and solar divisions of various roofing companies so that we may provide a solar power system solution for any job specific requirements.  We can provide information and guidance regarding all available federal and state tax credits and incentives along with a complete Return On Investment analysis based on a solar power system purchase.

Together with our sister company, Prospect Waterproofing, we can provide a complete turn-key roof system with an installed solar power system while maintaining all required roof warranties.  We can coordinate all installation details with the solar panel manufacturer, racking system manufacturer, and roofing system manufacturer as we are certified applicators for every major roofing products manufacturer.
