PTG Silicones, Inc. is a fluid flow control and sealing technology company located in New Albany, Indiana – just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky.  We specialize in designing and manufacturing liquid silicone rubber injection molding components for the health care, food packaging, transportation, industrial/electronics, large appliance, and consumer end-use markets.

Our ISO 9001, 13485, and FSSC 22000 certified facility is outfitted with a wide range of molding and infrastructure equipment from prominent manufacturers in the industry, including Arburg®, Stäubli®, and Mitutoyo®. This allows for highly-automated “lights out” manufacturing to improve quality and reduce customer costs. Our experience in silicone rubber (“LSR/LIM”) molding, combined with a strong investment in automation and the most current processing technologies, offer solutions that exceed performance, safety and quality specifications.
