Headquartered in West Lafayette, Indiana, Purdue Federal Credit Union (Purdue Federal) was founded on the Purdue University campus in 1969 by a group of Purdue employees searching for a place where they, their families and their fellow employees could save and borrow money safely, confidentially and at a fair rate of interest.

Through its 10 full-service branches, two high-school branches, and online and mobile banking services, Purdue Federal offers its members an array of financial products including locally serviced mortgage and consumer loan products, savings and money market accounts, checking accounts with direct deposit, individual retirement accounts and business accounts.
