Pure Beverage Systems was created by Bob Greenbaum and David Manzotti, two business leaders who after considerable research determined that the bottled water industry not only contributed to major costs for organizations but also posed numerous health risks. They discovered that the industry was totally unregulated and that there were many negative and even harmful attributes to the traditional five gallon bottle water units being sold to businesses today. Bob and David became determined to provide organizations of all shapes and sized with a healthier and much more cost effective alternative to traditional bottled water units. The solution lay in finding the best "point of use" filtration system that could be easily installed in any location and convert existing tap water into the best tasting, safest, bacteria- free drinking water on the planet. The PW1 series of filtration units from Pure Beverage provide just that thanks to their patented five and six stage "on the spot" filtration which includes injection of "activated oxygen" (ozone) for complete bacteria kill and reverse osmosis.
