Small MSP Capacity Qzip.net, Inc. operates with a very small team (0-1 employees) yet positions itself as a full service IT solutions provider. This implies strong outsourcing potential, partner channel opportunities, and a need for scalable, repeatable service delivery models and vendor partnerships to handle growth.

MSP Target As a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist serving small and midsize businesses, they regularly assess technology demands and propose targeted solutions. This creates a sales opening for Microsoft 365, Azure, security, backup, and network optimization offerings aimed at SMBs.

Integrated Networking Their service scope includes network, PC & server, phone systems (traditional and VoIP), cabling, and internet services (hosting, email, backup). Opportunities exist to upsell unified communications, hosted services, disaster recovery, and secure remote access solutions.

Technology Stack Fit Utilizing AWS, WordPress, MySQL, Mailgun, Ubuntu, Apache and related tech indicates potential needs for cloud migration, secure hosting, email deliverability enhancements, website/resilience improvements, and open source security services to optimize current deployments.

Growth Enabler With revenue under one million and exposure to multiple larger competitors, there is a clear path for partnerships focused on channel-based referrals, white-label services, and scalable infrastructure products designed to support their growth without a large in-house headcount.
