Raleigh Mission is a viable 501 (c) (3) in Raleigh North Carolina and was founded in 1963 to provide housing, food, clothing and educational support for individuals and families suffering from situational homelessness. The Mission has evolved during the last sixty years and has served hundreds of thousands of Raleigh families. Raleigh Mission has built and grown an ecosystem of incredible volunteers, staff members, donors and families and during the next two years plan on significant expansion and development of programs, facilities and resources, aspiring to be the benchmark for missions and families nationwide. Raleigh Mission leverages critical and credible partners in the Raleigh Durham and Chapel Hills marketplace like Tammy Lynn Center, Green Chair, Salvation Army, Food Bank of NC and Jobs for Life, to name a few. What sets us a part from other missions and organizations is the emphasis Raleigh Mission puts on education and life-skills through our world-class New Life Program and our Child Development Center.
