The Firm’s lawyers have extensive experience in pretrial, trial, and appellate work in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration. They routinely assist clients in litigation prevention by providing business counsel, reviewing and drafting contracts and other documents, and assessing particular business scenarios to help clients take affirmative steps to avoid litigation altogether. Where disputes arise, the Firm’s attorneys aggressively pursue their clients’ legal remedies through litigation. All of the Firm’s attorneys are experienced litigators, with admissions to practice in all State and Superior Courts located in Georgia as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
