Ready provides needed temporary labor to both construction sites and industrial sites on a daily basis.
Ready expends more effort than any other employment agency to serve our customers;
Our employees are delivered to your place of business, for any shift, and they are picked-up when
their shift is over. We utilize 17 radio equipped vans and 4 buses.
Unlike other staffing agencies we employ a large full time staff of dispatchers, drivers and
administrative staff to take care of your needs.
Immediate call-in orders are filled within minutes not hours.
Our workers arrive dressed and appropriately equipped for their duties. We provide the necessary
safety equipment, such as hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, work boots, and gloves. We can also
provide brooms and shovels. Sack lunches are available as well.
We guarantee our employees. If you are not happy with someone, call us, we will immediately
replace our employee or just simply pick them up, whatever is better for you. The four-hour
minimum is not enforced, but we do pay and bill for the time the employee was working.
