REDgen (Resilience Education for a new generation). Through the lens of resiliency building REDgen's goal is to equip our youth with the tools to support their emotional regulation, mental health and well-being, reduce stigma, and ultimately prevent crisis and suicide.

Our premier offering is our REDgen School Chapter Program and resilience curriculum, which is grounded in research showing that impactful prevention starts with building resilience as well as the power of peer-to-peer instruction. During weekly meetings, our School Chapters educate and empower student leaders with research-based resiliency tools so they can engage in self-reflection, have authentic discussions, and help raise resiliency and reduce the stigma of mental health among their peers to positively impact their school culture as a whole.

Additionally, REDgen serves the broader community by hosting national speakers, suicide prevention and mental wellbeing training sessions, and parenting programs, as well as by sharing mental health resources.
