RefinED Character is an educational consulting company specializing in social emotional development for K-12 and collegiate communities. Our mission is to refine individual team members’ character so, together, they can: • Rise above societal pressures • Navigate difficult life transitions • Live with authenticity We nurture teams—teams of students and adults seeking to elevate the student experience for present and future generations. We recognize lectures don’t build teams. To that end, our educational opportunities combine experiential learning, meaningful dialogue, and collective action planning.
