Reilly, Penner & Benton, LLP (RPB) is one of Wisconsin's most trusted advisors and is the oldest registered CPA firm in the State of Wisconsin. RPB has been serving closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, government and municipal agencies, charters schools and school districts in Southeast and South Central Wisconsin since 1907. Our firm performs financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, ERISA audits for employee benefit plans, accounting services, tax return preparation and tax consulting, business valuations, forensic audits, fraud prevention services and other consulting services.  

RPB's professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). Within the AICPA the firm is a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, Government Audit Quality Center and the Private Company Practice Section. These memberships allow us to stay on top of new and important changes in these specialized areas.  

RPB is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), primarily to allow us to perform audits of employee benefit plans with 11-K filing requirements.
