RentPurchase.Com is the real estate industries only standard for processing a lease purchase, lease option or rent to own home sale. Our services are performed through corporate stores or business partners; franchises, subscription users or members. Any way you come into the system you will have a consistent process for obtaining and achieving your home ownership goals. Once you move into the home our "suite of services" will take over the customer management needs for the buyer and communicate with them on a bi-weekly basis. The customer management is lead by the RP.Com Home Buyers Club (RP.Com HBC) they begin the process with a HBC orientation that creates a monthly budget, begins credit disputing and creates an action plan for obtaining mortgage qualification. Additional services include collecting the monthly rents, administering the home warranty, administering the contents insurance, lender transition and closing coordination all on the behalf of our business partners.
