Owners Kim & Mitch Syma set out to revolutionize traditional indoor cycling and Revolution Studio was born. The Revolution method combines high-energy music with a dynamic workout that leaves riders inspired, empowered and ready to conquer it all! You’ll jog, climb, sprint (and maybe even sing!) as our elite instructors motivate you through a full-body workout incorporating cardio, weights and core strength. Every class at Revolution Studio is a chance to embrace challenge and see change. Revolution Studio now has two Houston locations and continues to expand the cardio party. With a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system, we have transformed the way Houstonians workout, and more importantly, the way they feel about working out.
