Incorporated in 1977, Rhintek has a long history of being a high-tech product and service company.  Our products include:

CARA (Computer Aided Room Acoustics) - an advanced program suite for computing and optimizing room acoustics. CARA automatically optimizes the positioning of your loudspeakers and the listening place -- improving sound coloration (linearizing sound pressure frequency response), stereophonic sound localization, and speech intelligibility. CARA is based on the sound source imaging method in combination with a backtracing procedure. 

EMU/470 - a high end, color graphics terminal emulator that emulates the Data General Dasher D411, D461, D470C CRT terminals. It supports all DG software including CEO, Present, Trendview, and Drawing Board, as well as all known 3rd party software including 20/20 and WordPerfect. EMU/470 runs on all IBM Personal Computers and true compatibles.

RhinoCom - a communications package from the days of OS/2 and modem communications. It was incredibly multithreaded, object-oriented both in design and in its Workplace Shell dialing directory, used the OS/2 batch language, REXX, for scripting, event-driven, and had fully context-sensitive help.
