RIG Consulting, Inc. was established in May of 2005 and certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in January of 2007 to provide complete Construction Management and Construction Inspection services. In October of 2007, Design Support Services was approved under our certification. Expanding again in April of 2014, RIG added Surveying and Right of Way services. RIG has an extensive workload partnering with numerous Prime Consultants across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The company was founded by Sharmon Winters, who established a quality management team and created a vision for the future to shape RIG Consulting into a premier consultant of choice.
