Thieme Corporation is a global reaction injection molding (RIM) company specializing in molding liquid polyurethane (PUR) foam systems to manufacture custom low annual volume plastic molded enclosures (20-200,000), housings, covers and structural parts for many industries including, medical, scientific, laboratory, electronic, agricultural, commercial transport and the automotive industry.

Unique to Thieme is our custom molding machinery that enables Thieme to manufacture some of the worlds largest RIM parts (up to 100 pounds in a single shot or 8' x 8' x 2').  Our liquid polyurethane molding process allows us to mold very large parts without molding in typical part stresses.  It also enables the part to have an excellent strength to weight ratio while maintain fantastic impact properties, perfect for many enclosure, housing and device cover applications.  We can slo mold parts with thick wall sections up to 2" without sink or distortion.
