Rising Star Coffee Roasters is a small batch roaster supplying wholesale and retail customers, in Cleveland, Ohio. We carefully select specialty grade coffees from around the world, roast to optimize the flavors and immediately package to insure the maximum freshness. Our goal is to produce the highest quality coffee experience, whether you enjoy it prepared at home, your favorite restaurant or one of our cafes. We craft each cup of coffee by hand. You can have single origin espresso or one of our blends of coffee that you can have prepared in a pour over fashion, by aeropress, or using a vacuum pump. We have five cafes that serve our customers. Our flagship store in Hingetown is located in the historic Ohio City Firehouse at the corner of Church and W 29th St. Our second location is in Historic Little Italy, at the corner of Cornell and Murray Hill Road. Our third location is in one of Cleveland's most iconic landmarks, The Arcade on Euclid Avenue in downtown. Fourth location is an aeropress and pour over bar inside Bottlehouse Brewery in Lakewood. Our fifth location is in the renovated Fairmount Creamery building in the Tremont neighborhood. Our roasting operations which began in our flagship cafe relocated to an expanded space in the former Hildebrandt Meat Company complex in the Clark Fulton neighborhood.
