RMS first entered into the USA market in 2008. Opening its doors to our first US head office in Miami Florida. Over the next 8 years RMS grew exponentially in the USA, with its award-winning brand Grafix. Growing from puzzles, into arts and crafts, toys and activity products. Still to this day using its founding philosophy of extreme value for money for both the retailer and end consumer while having trendy, fun and up to date packaging artwork. All products are designed and developed in house by our award winning graphic design team.

The demands of the ever-changing market lead, in 2015, to RMS opening its new office in Boston specifically for Product Development. This office focused on developing new product trends to constantly stay ahead of its competition. In early 2018 RMS consolidated both US offices as one and moved the entire business to new headquarters just north of the city of Boston, led by second generation leadership. Combining offices allowed RMS to connect its sales and operations closely with its design and development teams. Featuring a new 6,000 sqft showroom on the east coast, and 3,000 sqft showroom on the west coast, in Los Angeles. In conjunction with a 25,000 sqft head office complex in a modern collaborative work space. RMS continues its growth plan to become the leader in value toys, crafts and activities in the USA.
