Rockwell Development Group oversees the construction of single family estate homes and luxury townhomes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, including premium locations on the Philadelphia Main Line, Chester, and Delaware counties. Prior to creating the Rockwell Development Group, President Greg Lingo was the Vice-President/Division Manager for Ryan Homes. He was promoted to Vice-President/Market Manager for NV Homes leading over 90 employees in the Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland areas. Lingo later created Cornell Homes and grew the regional homebuilding business into the third largest homebuilder in the Philadelphia market. Shortly following the sale of Cornell Homes, Greg Lingo launched the Rockwell Development Group to pursue the development of high-end custom homes and rental communities in the most desirable locations.
