The property provides wellness and recreation amenities such as Sense, A Rosewood Spa; a modern fitness studio; two cabana-lined pools; and bespoke beach service on Miramar Beach, along with six dining venues.

It is part of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts portfolio, owned by Caruso and operated by Rosewood; in June 2026, the Rosewood group announced a fashion-forward collaboration.
