RUR Architecture DPC, also known as Reiser + Umemoto, is a New York-based, internationally recognized multidisciplinary design firm. It works across a broad spectrum of scales—from furniture and interiors to residential and commercial buildings, up to landscape, urban design, and infrastructure—emphasizing an integrated design approach. The practice has a track record of delivering projects across diverse contexts, reflecting its global scope. Notable commissions include the Taipei Pop Music Center and Kaohsiung Port Terminal in Taiwan, as well as O-14, a 22-story exoskeletal office tower in Dubai. The Kaohsiung Port Terminal earned the 2014 Progressive Architecture Award, and the O-14 project has received multiple honors, including an AIA Design Award. A 2013 monograph on O-14 was published, illustrating the firm's ongoing contribution to architectural discourse.
