Since our inception, we have been of service to thousands.  Presently, we have individual and corporate clients engaged in private and ongoing training for advanced incremental growth and improvement. 

Our training philosophy is simple. First, you can not train professionals and their staff how to be more effective in a one-day seminar. It takes time, with ongoing reinforcement, through both live interactive coaching and structured study material, as well as committed trainers who take a personal interest in helping their clients grow both professionally and personally.

Secondly, we believe in Reinforcement Training. To get true results and "ownership" of any new attitudes, techniques and behaviors, it takes time. What differentiates our services from other "seminars" and programs is the sustained commitment to ongoing incremental change and development. Frankly, an effectively sustained coaching and training relationship is probably more important than the "material". This is why so much individual and corporate training investment often ends up on a shelf, never to be put into practice. Worse yet, if practiced it is done ineffectively and "mechanically". Meanwhile only paying "lip service" to (expensive) training and development, unfortunately never to receive any real continual improvement or equity.

The effectiveness of our work is dependent upon the clients ability to hold the participants accountable to use the information!  If you don't hold people accountable to change you are wasting time and money.
