In 1989, Rick Salisbury sold his masonry business, took out a second mortgage on his personal residence, bought nine building lots in Spanish Fork, Utah and founded Salisbury Homes.  It was at this point that Rick's vision of building a quality home at an affordable price began to take form.  

Having 25 years of experience in the construction industry gave Rick the knowledge and ability to create a fail proof formula for building affordable homes without sacrificing an ounce of quality.  This formula makes it possible for a Salisbury Home to be built in as little 30-45 days once production begins.  A home that is built on a schedule... What a great idea!!
