Plan Development:
Savane will design your dream new single family home in an efficient three phase process.  In Phase 1 Savane will collaboratively with you, build plans, elevations, and renderings so that the building permit process can be started.  Phase 2 then defines certain finish selections and also determines the allowance budgets sufficient so that Savane can bid and negotiate with subcontractors and dtermine the total cost of construction.  Phase 3 will completes the selection of your allowance items so that all items in the home are defined. 

General Contracting -- Construction Management:
Savane has put together a team of outstanding professionals that manage the construction project from start to finish – ensuring your home is build to the highest standards and is build on schedule. Savane also has subcontractors, professionals, and suppliers that can deliver the highest quality product at a very competitive price.
