SC&A Construction is a privately-held corporation, providing construction management, general contracting and design-build services to large and small businesses, non-profit organizations, and homeowners since 1954. Although most of our business is derived in Delaware, the SC&A name is also well known in southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey and Maryland.

We have deliberately remained relatively small compared to others in the industry, preferring steady, consistent growth and a personal touch. Our diverse capabilities include new construction as well as renovations and additions, artfully blended with existing structures, often in historic settings. The quality of the finished product, and the guidance and support offered to customers throughout the process are evidence of the value of our experience.
