Small IT Outsourcing ScientIS is a micro-sized IT services provider serving small businesses in the Triad region of North Carolina, indicating an opportunity to offer scalable managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud support tailored for SMBs.

Growth Potential With revenue under one million and a recent product launch in the healthcare-facing skincare space, there may be room to upsell digital transformation, automation, and IT enablement services to accelerate their growth and diversify revenue streams.

Tech Stack Footprint Current reference to Afternic and GoDaddy suggests a focus on domain-related or hosting activities; leverage this to propose domain management, hosting optimization, security hardening, and IT governance enhancements.

Market Positioning To compete with large IT services firms, position IT services for SMBs with value-driven SLAs, cost-effective support, and rapid onboarding; offer bundled cybersecurity, backup, and helpdesk solutions optimized for small teams.

Strategic Partnerships As a regional SMB-focused provider, there is potential to partner with local business associations, accelerators, or healthcare/skin care firms to cross-sell IT services, digital marketing tooling, and compliance support.
