The SCULPTmoves Fitness Studio is a small up scale semi-private exercise studio for ladies providing personalized group training, encouragement, motivation, and social support. We will focus on individual strength, dedication, wellness education, nutrition, and your success! Clients will be introduced to a simple non-intimidating self-paced workout that will change every two weeks. SCULPTmoves teaches you how to exercise with small equipment you might have at home.  You will begin your workout in the Group Fitness Room, equipped with hand weights, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance tubing, Gliding Discs, Body Bars, Beamfit, agility equipment and more! You will be lead thru an organized 10 minute warm-up routine to upbeat, motivating music that may include a combination of cardio moves, the equipment listed above or FLOOR equipment (Treadmills, Bikes, Elliptical Trainers, Etc.) 
SCULPTmoves™ Programs~  you learn something different everyday! After the Warm-up, you will be assigned to your Personal Program Chart (a unique, one of a kind workout) designed for your fitness level. At your own pace, you will then rotate exercise equipment listed on your chart, while under the supervision of the National Certified Trainer.  We will conclude class with core, stability, and flexibility exercises.  Session Time: one hour
