It all started in 1959.

Four employees within the Cryovac Division of W.R. Grace & Co. in Simpsonville, S.C., raised the concern of their fellow employees that they did not having fair and affordable access to credit and other banking services. Our not-for-profit financial cooperative was quickly founded around that theme.
 
While times have changed greatly since 1959, one thing remains the same: Our dedication to providing fair and affordable credit and financial services to our members. Today we have offices serving Sealed Air employees in Iowa Park, Texas as well as Simpsonville and Duncan in South Carolina. In 2016, we opened our first off-site location on Main Street in Duncan, SC. This allows us to better serve our members and expand our service to include Town of Duncan employees and their families.
 
We are totally owned by our members, with an elected Board of Directors made up of our local fellow members. The Board of Directors, along with the Supervisory Committee, volunteer their time and expertise to make this financial cooperative the best it can be.
