The SEDA Showroom displays all of the products available when personalizing your new home. Buyers meet with our design professional to review the plans and make personal selections for the home’s exterior and interior. 

We want to give our buyers a fun and enjoyable “one-stop” buying opportunity by offering the latest styles and trends in the home building industry. We offer buyers the opportunity to personalize each of our home plans, such as adding square footage, moving a door or window, adding a third car garage and numerous other options needed to make a home uniquely yours.
