On April 1, 2026, the Sensia joint venture between Rockwell Automation and SLB will undergo an orderly dissolution, with the respective businesses transitioning to the parent companies. 

Since 2019, Sensia has combined deep domain expertise with industrial-scale automation and digital innovation to help energy and industrial operators improve efficiency, strengthen safety, and unlock greater value from their assets. 

Now, as the energy landscape continues to evolve, the orderly dissolution of the joint venture marks the next strategic step – strengthening capabilities, expanding reach, and accelerating innovation.

•	Process Safety 
•	vMonitor Monitoring and Control  
•	Edge Control Technologies (including HCC2) 
 
The following offerings will transition to SLB: 

•	Lift Control Systems 
•	Measurement Products and Solutions 
•	Digital Production 
•	Digital Platforms and Software (excluding vMonitor and Edge Control Technologies)
