The mission of Seton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a ProMotion Healthcare Services company,  is, and always will be, to provide the best possible physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care to those we serve.

Seton Manor has been providing quality care to our community since 1999. Our 79,000 square foot facility provides spectacular views of the Blue Mountains and rural countryside. The spacious single-story facility is located on the campus near the St. Francis Center. Seton Place has elegant single-floor apartments located on the second floor of the St. Francis Center conveniently accessible by elevators. An adult day care services are available on the ground floor of St. Francis center. Seton Manor has an affiliation with a local assisted living center to provide personal care if needed.

Seton Manor Independent Living, a separate building on the same campus, is a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) that is certified by  the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
