What started out as a local kama’aina family business in 1948, Shioi Construction, Inc. has grown over the years into a 100% employee owned company. 

Decades of construction experience on both Oahu and Kauai, has allowed Shioi Construction to build an indelible imprint on Hawaii’s past and present. Our corporate leadership and dedicated employees are committed to providing our clients with exceptional craftsmanship and the highest level of customer service, continuing the legacy that Shioi Construction has built its reputation on.

Shioi Construction is proud to have built a wide variety of notable projects ranging from hospitality, residential, healthcare, industrial and institutional projects. With our long history on Oahu and Kauai, Shioi Construction can provide an extensive knowledge base for particular sites being proposed for development and construction.
