Today, we continue to fulfill that purpose through our 3 Business Units. Markets Sierra Markets sources, imports, and exports protein products; specializing in beef, poultry, and pork. Located in Mississauga, ON, we have 50+ years of experience providing in depth product knowledge, regulatory insights, data analytics, hedging strategies, and managing transport logistics for customers around the world. Processing Sierra Processing provides highly customized, automated, and manual services that add value for food service and retail clients across the food industry. Our Federal BRC accredited facility is located in Brampton, ON and our capabilities include custom deboning and sizing of meat, tray packing, protein grinding, IQF, and a dedicated Fresh Marination room. As our clients demand for these services continues to evolve and expand, value added solutions are key to the success of this business unit. Cold Sierra Cold provides comprehensive cold storage and logistics services at our 275,000 square foot facility in Hamilton, ON. Services offered include freezer storage, refrigerated storage, bulk packing, tempering, and import export services. With the expansion of our facility in 2022, we provide additional dedicated processing services (protein grinding, custom boxing, blast freezing), both regular and QFM equipped pallet positions, and have a total of 26 receiving doors. The value of these additional services for our customers is that we are capable of both processing and storing product under one roof.
