Property Preservation and Field Service Management Division
SIGMA has managed and maintained over 30,000 single family residences across multiple states over the past 7 years. We provide real estate property preservation services and field service management solutions which play an integral part of maintaining Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, rental properties, and other real estate portfolios. Our commitment and main objective is to preserve your property in the best condition possible.
Facilities Maintenance and Management
SIGMA provides turn-key solutions for all your building/facility needs - janitorial, handyman services, preventive maintenance, landscape maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. We utilize a robust CMMS capable of tracking all details of the facility with the ability to provide customized reports. SIGMA holds a GSA 03FAC Schedule Contract (GS-21F-031BA) which has been utilized with various federal agencies across the United States.
Construction
SIGMA is a licensed general building contractor in CA (800475), AZ (ROC287228) and NV (78599). SIGMA provides construction services to all sectors – residential, commercial and government agencies. SIGMA progressively reaches higher performance benchmarks and consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.
