As of December 2023, Sipcam Agro USA acquired the assets of Odom Industries in Waynesboro, Mississippi, which includes a warehouse facility in Shubuta, Mississippi, totaling over 320,000 square feet of production and warehouse capability. The acquisition of Odom created Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC, and now allows Sipcam Agro USA to provide high-quality, competitively priced, and reliable custom formulating and packaging of crop protection, and turf and ornamental products. Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC, consolidates Sipcam Agro’s presence in the U.S. markets for effective agrochemical, biostimulant and biorational product production. 
Another area of strategic growth occurred in February 2024, with the expansion into Canada and the addition of a National Account Manager. This international expansion brings quality alternative solutions to the Canadian market enabling immediate close partnerships.
