Sira Consulting is a Dutch consultancy firm specialised in providing governments with data-driven, independent advice with regard to Better Regulation, reducing the cost of doing business, growing the economy and increasing employment opportunities. We have been active for more than 15 years and employ 25 experienced consultants. We measure and reduce regulatory burdens and red tape, conduct impact assessments and policy evaluations, improve service delivery through process optimisation, and provide strategic advice. Our goals Our goal is to help realize economic growth, job creation, active public participation and good governance. We combine content-expertise and process-expertise with quantitative and qualitative research in order to translate complex policy issues into workable, pragmatic solutions for public administrations, businesses and citizens. Our consultants Our core team exists of experienced project leaders well equipped to carry out any of the following tasks: project management, coordination and communication, stakeholder management, working with recognised methodologies and techniques, conducting interviews, facilitating working sessions, giving presentations, analysing qualitative and quantitative data and writing reports. They work in close cooperation with our team of (junior) consultants. Our clients Our strategic focus of is on policy development and implementation at all levels of government: ministries, provinces, municipalities, autonomous authorities and inspectorates. We are in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the USA and on behalf of international organisations such as the EU, WB and the OECD. We also work together with European trade associations. Our offices Our consultants and associates are based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and South Africa. Our two office locations are in Bilthoven, in the geographic centre of the Netherlands, and in The Hague, the political centre of the Netherlands.
