SJ Consulting provides consulting services for Food Banks, Food Pantries and other inventory intensive non-profits. We have experience in all aspects of operations—from food sourcing to distribution to financial statements.  We have deep experience with the technologies that are commonly used to support this work.  We have been working with Food Banks for more than  15 years and have helped more than 120 organizations with various technology and process improvement projects.  We have learned from these engagements that the most successful results come from addressing both technology and the organization's "people" systems. Our passion is coaching organizations to obtain the results they expect from such initiatives; this occurs from an alignment of people, processes and technology.
