We assess the efficacy of operations and programs; systems of internal controls to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. ► MANAGEMENT CONSULTING Advisory and consulting services, including policy and procedure development, training, project management and oversight, employee classification and compensation, and operational and risk assessments.
