Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting provides practical solutions for improving state and local government operations, programs, service delivery, and public accountability. Our philosophy is simple. This includes serving as appointed internal auditors; assisting internal audits through training, audits, and consulting engagements; and conducting independent quality assurance reviews. ► PERFORMANCE AUDIT Program, management, and operational audit services conducted in accordance with auditing standards. We assess the efficacy of operations and programs; systems of internal controls to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. ► MANAGEMENT CONSULTING Advisory and consulting services, including policy and procedure development, training, project management and oversight, employee classification and compensation, and operational and risk assessments.
