Skinner & Cook, Inc., specializes in general construction and wireless construction. Located in Roselle Park, New Jersey, our firm has garnered an excellent reputation for building projects on time and within project budgets, while maintaining quality workmanship. 

Since 1924, our New Jersey-based construction firm has completed projects for a variety of commercial and industrial sites including religious institutions, government entities, schools, hospitals and banks, etc. We possess a strong aptitude in scheduling, estimating, budget administration, equipment management, subcontractor management, consulting, safety training, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Our company is a pioneer in antenna installation, and is well known 
for building the first FM transmission broadcast tower in Alpine, 
New Jersey. As a result, we were retained by the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) to put the first television transmission antenna on top of the Empire State Building in 1938.

Since then, we have continued our tradition of excellence in building and made many breakthroughs in the telecommunications arena.
