Smart Building Systems, Inc. (SBS) is an engineering and technology-consulting firm that specializes in energy and sustainability services.  Since 2006, our goal has been to provide clients with the knowledge and innovative resources necessary to economically design solutions that enhance efficiency.  In order to achieve this goal, we provide a wide range of services including mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services, energy modeling and audits, building commissioning, LEED consulting services, renewable energy generation, building automation and many other types of projects.
