An innovative health and fitness product company that strives to improve lives.

What began as one man’s journey to seek relief from golfer’s elbow has turned into the most comprehensive, well-made Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) training tools available on the market today.

Not satisfied with just offering the best quality, we also set out to provide the most affordable equipment. The results are a full line of BFR and IASTM training tools, equipment, and accessories for everyone from medical doctors and chiropractors to fitness professionals and anyone who seeks help with pain management, therapy, and recovery.

What is Blood Flow Restriction Training?
To improve muscular strength and size it has been assumed heavy loads must to be lifted. Unfortunately, in certain populations, like older individuals, post-operative patients, or those rehabilitating an injury, high-load exercises can cause injury and not be tolerated.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a technique in which combines low-intensity exercise under reduced arterial flow conditions. BFR is quantifiably and objectively reducing the amount of blood flow into an extremity by using a specially made medical tourniquet. BFR allows individuals to use low loads yet achieve results similar to high intensity training.
