Since opening our doors in 2004, Smith Crossing has been a premier leader in Orland Park senior living. Today, our 32-acre campus, surrounded by a pristine prairie, is home to a community of more than 250 residents.

Smith Crossing is the first Life Plan Community in the Orland Park, Illinois, area, and provides the long-term peace of mind so many Chicago seniors trust.
