As we prepare workouts for either individuals or boot camps the priorities remain the same; first is member health, second is functionality, and finally aesthetics. Soldierfit Basic Training focuses on varied workouts incorporating strength, cardiovascular endurance, and core training. Soldierfit classes combine basic training techniques from the United States Military with functional fitness training. Nationally certified instructors guide and encourage with motivating, exciting, and unique workouts -- reshaping you from head to toe. The Soldierfit program empowers everyone from mothers, teenagers, athletes, to law officers and firefighters through physical fitness. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome. The Soldierfit workout includes all levels of fitness experience in one program. Our goal at Soldierfit is to provide a family atmosphere where each “Troop” helps push one another to reach his or her desired goals! We are really here for each other! The workouts are functional, fitness-based, dynamic, fast paced, and every workout is different. Every workout is a full body attack. We address every area of fitness, including cardiorespiratory, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and last but not least mental health!
