Solstice has was founded in Minneapolis, USA in 1994 and moved its head office to Toronto, Canada in 1997 to better serve North and South America, and the world markets. Solstice has offices in Florida, USA and Ontario, Canada, with distribution from New York, Minnesota, California and Ontario, Canada.
