SOLTI is an academic group dedicated to clinical cancer research based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, with a 30-year track record. Its work centers on designing and conducting translational and clinical studies within an academic framework, initially in breast cancer but expanding to other tumor types. The organization coordinates a large research network comprising about 480 researchers across roughly 100 centers in Spain, Portugal and Ireland, with a central office employing over 60 staff, and operates as a nonprofit affiliated with the Sociedad Española de Oncología Médica (SEOM).
