SONA is a full-service merchant services company. Although we are very much in the payments space, we do not characterize ourselves as a payments company. Instead, we consider ourselves a customer experience company that happens to be in the payments space. 

We work to ensure that all the technology that surrounds a payment transaction integrates seamlessly to save our clients time & money. This of course includes payment processing, but we also work to ensure that each of our merchants has an optimized selling experience, including Point of Sale software, loyalty & Gift Cards, Ecommerce Integration, consumer finance, and many other adjacent technologies and services that remove friction from the purchasing process. 

We also offer our merchants other adjacent services that can make both payments and running their business easier. This includes hardware sourcing, tailored installation and training services, and hardware rental and leasing programs, as well as innovative funding services like merchant cash advance which provides financing based on transaction history, not your balance sheet.

We do all of this while providing a transparent fee structure that is guaranteed not to increase over the lifetime of our merchant’s relationship with us. We also provide dedicated customer support which includes a phone number that when called is actually answered by real people dedicated to help you with your specific support needs.
