Southern Site Contractors is an expanding company in Gallatin, TN. As part of the Clayton Homes family and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, SSC offers services including clearing, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water main and distribution, concrete, erosion control, curbing, paving, and more. We perform site work for commercial, residential, and industrial contractors now and plan to expand into government and linear projects late in 2018. SSC brings an expeditious and integrated approach to site work, allowing us to promptly grade a site, install and maintain erosion control measures, and install underground utilities. We employ the most current technological advancements including GPS & machine control to ensure that work is done to specification the first time.
