SouthFair Community Development Corporation’s (SouthFair) mission is to provide affordable housing to low and moderate income families through multifamily, single family, economic development and social services. This has been our mission since SouthFair was incorporated on October 8, 1991. SouthFair is a 501(C) (3) non-profit corporation and a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under the City of Dallas' HOME Program.  Its principal objective is to promote the redevelopment of the South Dallas/Fair Park community. Our key strategy is effective partnering with public and private resources to successfully launch and sustain redevelopment efforts.
