Co-founders Dennis De Meis and Chris J. Koceman established the company in 1994, a venture conceived while working together for several years at a competing brokerage house. In 2000 Jordan De Meis was brought on as a sales agent and has recently taken over as Broker Associate at the firm.
As a full time brokerage company, Southwest must sustain current knowledge in all facets of today's commercial/industrial market.
